Hi, Omar Eltoukhy here: When the makers of ProFX announced a newly revamped product from their earlier version, Trading Toolkit and Manual Trading System I was curious since I owned the original “2.0 Series” of the indicator package. In fact, finding out about the new version made me go back and take a look at what I already had, so I would know what the changes were when I saw the newest version, ProFx 3.0.
The extremely encouraging thing is that at the time of writing (6th February 2014) on a verified, real money account on myfxbook (see proof of performance results below) Profx 3.0 is showing a 159.65% Gain in 6 months. Thats $1596.50 PROFIT on a $1000 account which is over 300% per year if current performance continues!!
So what is different in the lastest version and why are the results so much better?
Its about a month since I was given a copy of ProFx 3.0 to review & test. Having watched it call trades I have to say that I’m surprised I hadn’t been using 2.0 much more. I must have gotten it at a time I was testing too many other things and it “fell through the cracks”. The older version produces very good signals on the 30-min chart if you follow the rules and take trades that go with the 4-hour trend. Waiting for 3.0, I actually made some nice trades on the older version! What more was the revamp going to be??
Not only was the new ProFX a signal generator (one I have respect for from 2.0), but it came loaded with some really nice tools that every trader should have on their chart, ESPECIALLY if you are an “active trader”, trading from time-frames smaller than 4-hour. A couple of questions:
1 is the system applicable to all curencies?
2. Can it give an alarm (heads up) when it detects a suitable set up for trading or do you have to be with your computer all the time?

I only know one thing, and it’s that you and Omar would NEVER put your good names on anything that wasn’t of the highest quality along with excellent support. That has been my experience even through all the recent back to back upgrades to MT4, so I’m securing my copy right now.

Oh and in case your wondering what I meant when I said “that has been my experience” I meant the trade manager.
It was never a matter of asking for help in keeping it working while the back to back updates to MT4 were happening, which was not the case at all with some of my custom indicators. He pushed the upgrades to the platform users even as the upgrades were happening.
