On Monday of this week, I was fortunate enough to get to sit in on Marc and Fotis while they did a “roundtable” discussion of both fundamental analysis and some technicals for the current state of the market. I always jump at the chance to hear both of them discuss anything trading related.
In case you were wondering why, I have learned from personal experience that if you want to succeed in anything to your fullest potential, it really helps to see what people that are ALREADY successful are doing. It is much easier to imitate than re-invent the wheel.
That does not mean you don’t “make it your own” and put your own touch on things, but trying to figure out a business as hard as trading completely cut off from any help makes it nearly impossible to succeed.
In the first video, Fotis discusses fundamental factors that affect ALL markets, since as he so rightly points out, they are interrelated. I love the phrase “it’s all the same trade”, one I use prodigiously when I speak to people that feel like they want to take a bunch of different trades to somehow “diversify”, when in fact, it is merely a variation of the same thing going on. Fotis is a master at his craft and I think you will certainly find his and Marc’s discussion pure trading awesome!!
In the second video, one of their new students gives her market report which was quite impressive. For someone who has only been studying and trading a while, I was VERY impressed as her work seemed polished and very informative. Fotis and Marc share insights with her which I think you will benefit from. It is great to see another example of how mentors can have such an impact on a student and how quickly such remarkable progress can be made with the right help.
I can of course, share this has been my own experience and I would certainly not be in the position I am in now without Dean, Marc and FXMP. Unguided, I was spending tons of money on everything I could afford, and most of it was just costing me money, both in product and account cost. It wasn’t until I found the “right” people that things started to change. I truly hope you will take full advantage of these great opportunities found here at FXMP and make your story the next one I get to feature as a blazing success……….maybe you will become my mentor!!
